5 Steps To Attaining Your Goals

It's been a long time since I've posted to this blog but soon there should be many new posts. This particular post is about attaining your goals.

Melani Ward in her article 5 Keys To Attaining Your Goals lists the following five steps:
1. Write them down.
2. Identify small goals and action plans that will move you toward your larger goals.
3. Throw out the old goals.
4. Tell people. (Your goals that is.)
and
5. Set up a reward system for yourself.
